🏷 PSF-20 Portable Label + Receipt Printer

PSF-20 can be used for Label and Receipt printing. Make sure the correct paper type, paper size and printing settings are selected before printing.

🏷 Label Printing

Use label printing for barcode labels, product labels, price labels and other compatible thermal labels.


Important: Always select the actual width and height of the label you have loaded.

🧾 Receipt Printing

Use receipt printing with compatible continuous thermal receipt paper.


Important: Check your paper size and print settings before printing a receipt.

Prepare the Printer
Make sure your PSF-20 has sufficient power and switch the printer ON.

⚠ Print Size or Alignment Incorrect?
Before assuming there is a printer problem, check that the width and height selected in the application match the actual label or receipt paper loaded in the PSF-20.

🧻 Load Your PSF-20 Paper Correctly

Incorrect roll loading can cause blank printing, feeding problems, misalignment and skipped labels.

🏷 Standard Label Roll

Insert the label roll correctly inside the printer, align the roll and make sure the printable thermal side is positioned correctly.

📏 Small Label Roll

For smaller labels, make sure the roll is properly positioned and aligned before closing the printer.

⬜ Getting Blank Prints?
Check the thermal paper direction first. If the thermal side is facing incorrectly, the printer may feed the paper but nothing will appear.

1. Check Printer Setup

✓ PSF-20 is switched ON

✓ Printer has sufficient power

✓ Label or receipt roll is loaded correctly

2. Check Your Test Print

✓ Print is dark and clear

✓ Barcode and text are readable

✓ Label or receipt size is correct

✓ Print is properly aligned

🛠 PSF-20 Not Working?

Check these common issues before requesting a replacement or return.

❌ Printer Not Printing

Check printer power, paper loading, connection, application/driver and selected printer settings.

📱 Bluetooth Not Connecting

Make sure the printer is switched ON. Open the correct mobile application and follow the PSF-20 Bluetooth setup tutorial above.

⬜ Blank Printing

Check the thermal paper direction. If the thermal side is loaded incorrectly, paper can feed without producing a visible print.

🌫 Light / Faded Printing

Check the paper and print settings. Also watch the dedicated PSF-20 Light Printing tutorial above.

🏷 Label Skipping

Check roll alignment and make sure the label width and height selected in the app match the actual labels.

📏 Wrong Label Size

Enter the actual width and height of your label in the printing application before printing.

↔ Print Shifted

Reload the label roll correctly and check the selected label dimensions and alignment settings.

✂ Print Cut Off

Check paper size, margins, orientation and scaling. Make sure the design fits within the selected label or receipt size.

📏 Small Labels Not Feeding Properly

Check that the small label roll is positioned correctly. For 38×38 / 38×25 labels, watch the dedicated tutorial above.

🧾 Receipt Printing Issue

Confirm the correct thermal receipt paper is loaded and the required paper size is selected in your printing setup.

💻 Windows Printer Not Detected

Install the Windows driver, reconnect the printer and restart the printer and computer before testing again.

📄 Multiple Copies Issue

Check the copy quantity selected in your printing application. Watch the PSF-20 Multiple Copies tutorial above if required.

Please complete these checks first. Many PSF-20 setup, connection and printing problems can be solved without replacing the printer.

✓ PSF-20 is switched ON and has sufficient power.
✓ Correct PSF-20 app or driver is installed.
✓ Label or receipt roll is loaded correctly.
✓ Thermal paper direction has been checked.
✓ Correct label or receipt paper size is selected.
✓ Roll alignment has been checked.
✓ Bluetooth or device connection has been checked.
✓ Print quality and thermal paper have been checked.
✓ Printer and connected device have been restarted once.
