Connect the printer correctly and switch it ON.

Insert compatible thermal paper in the correct direction and close the printer cover properly.

💻 Driver not detecting your printer?
Make sure the printer is powered ON and connected correctly. Restart the printer and computer after driver installation, then check the printer list again.
📱 Important – Android SDK
The Android SDK is for developers who want to integrate printer functionality into an Android application. It is not a normal Android printing app for customers.

🖨 Complete Your First Test Print

Before starting regular printing, complete these simple checks.

1. Check Printer Setup

✓ Printer is powered ON

✓ Paper is loaded correctly

✓ Printer cover is fully closed

✓ Correct PSF-210 driver is installed

✓ Correct printer is selected

2. Check Your Print

✓ Print is dark and clear

✓ Text is fully visible

✓ Paper size is correct

✓ Print is not cut off

✓ Paper feeds correctly

🌫 Print looks light?
Check that you are using suitable thermal paper. Also check the relevant print darkness and speed settings available in your driver or printing software.

🛠 PSF-210 Not Working?

Most printer problems are related to setup, paper, driver or software settings. Find your issue below before requesting a return.

❌ Printer Not Printing

Check power, printer connection, paper loading and whether PSF-210 is selected as the printer.

💻 Printer Not Detected

Install the correct driver, reconnect the printer, then restart both the printer and computer.

⬜ Blank Printing

Check the thermal paper direction. Thermal paper prints only on its printable coated side.

🌫 Light / Faded Print

Check thermal paper quality and the available print darkness and speed settings.

📄 Wrong Paper Size

Select the correct paper size inside the printer driver and your billing or printing software.

✂ Print Cut Off

Check paper width, page size, orientation and print scaling settings.

🧾 Paper Not Feeding

Reload the thermal paper correctly and make sure the printer cover is completely closed.

🔊 Beep / Error Light

Check paper loading, printer cover and power. Restart the printer after correcting the issue.

🍎 Mac Printing Issue

Install the correct Mac driver and confirm that the correct printer and paper size are selected.

✓ Thermal paper is loaded in the correct direction.
✓ Correct printer is selected on the computer.
✓ Correct paper size is selected.
✓ Print darkness and paper quality have been checked.
✓ Printer and computer have been restarted once.
✓ One test print has been attempted.
