🛠 Printer Not Working?

Most CD410 setup and printing problems can be solved quickly. Find your issue below before requesting a return.

❌ Printer Not Printing Check the driver, connection and make sure CD410 is selected as the correct printer.
🌫 Light / Faded Print Check print darkness, printing speed and thermal label quality.
⬜ Blank Labels Check the label direction. Make sure the thermal printing side is facing correctly.
🏷 Skipping Labels Perform label calibration and confirm the correct label width and height.
💻 Driver Not Working Remove the old driver, restart your computer and reinstall the correct CD410 driver.
📶 Bluetooth Not Connecting Check Bluetooth pairing and make sure you are using the correct printing application.
📄 PDF / Shipping Label Issue Check paper size, PDF scaling and page orientation before printing.
