Is the billing software really free, or free for one month?
The software comes free with the machine — there's no subscription you're forced into from month two. Some advanced modules on the premium software are paid, and we'll tell you exactly which ones on the demo call, before you order.
Do I need a computer or internet connection?
No computer needed — the machine is the computer. Billing and printing work fully offline. You only need internet for cloud backup or e-invoicing, and the cellular models take a SIM for that.
What does it cost to run every month?
Thermal rolls, and that's it. There's no ink or toner in these printers. Most small shops spend a few hundred rupees a month on paper.
Can I see it working before I pay?
